Getting an Interview
IT Senor Analyst Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Avalanche Creative Group in January 2012.
Interview Details – The interview tried to identify and hire candidates who will perform well and
want to remain with their current employer. To achieve this purpose, the interview process would
assess the candidate’s technical skills and abilities, personal preferences, and behavior
patterns. The interview gathered sufficient information in each area from a candidate in order to form a hiring decision.

Reason for Declining – Not a clear fit for the job.
Management Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Avalanche Creative Group in June 2010.
Interview Details – Started with the recruiter for an in person interview; moved to a phone interview with HR; interviewed with three people
Interview Question – How will you handle on-boarding? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Got additional base pay via the recruiter; also was able to get bonuses paid out quarterly instead of annually
