Business Analyst at Avaya

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Sep 2010 – Reviewed May 27, 2011

Interview Details – Approached by company recruiter and had several phone interviews plus one in-person interview. Interviewers were skillful, respectful, and warm. The process gave me an excellent impression of the company.

Interview Question – Tell me about yourself.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Negotiated a good salary and bonus package, but they cut the bonus percentage in half after I was there for 3 weeks. So I don't think the bonus offer was honest and in good faith.
