I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Avaya in March 2008.
Interview Details – Minimum 3 levels of interview, Resume screening is very stringent.
Interview is detailed, no nonsense and too the point. Evaluated for your potential as well during the interview.
Interview Question – Case studies, Situation analysis questions are quite difficult. Most of them are real and not manufactured situations. View Answer
