I was refered. I met with HR and then with a technical director.
Not very organised. I think the director was affraid I was gunning for her job.

Polite, to the point. Focused on fit by asking questions instead of explaining the environment.
Took a week before providing feedback. There was no communication prior to the interview as to what to expect. They did not offer any coffee so have one before.
Very little digging about industry knowledge.
