Got a phone call inviting me for a personal interview with HR and next say with the hiring manager and that same afternoon they made me the offer over the phone. They sent offer letter by courier and I had a couple of days to return and started within a week. Their HR very unprofessional wanted me to start right away without giving notice to my employer but I declined and told him that was not professional and he asked if I could just give one week instead of two and I accepted in fear that the offer would be withdrawn.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
Sit down interview lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Interviewed with hiring manager and later was joined by one of the sales team members to go over the roll of sales. Not impressed with the sales person and seemed to be forced into describing his responsibilities by his manager who was also present in the interview.
