Interviewed Nov 2010 in Carson City, NV (took a day)
The first step is to apply to the job online. One that is done, an initial phone interview is conducted. During the phone interview the hiring manager explains the company history, a short list of your duties and what's expected of you, and asks you if you're still interested. If yes, you move on to the one on one interview. This is the main stage of the interview process. The interviewer will ask you several questions dealing with your past work experience as well as how you would react in certain situation. If you get past this phase, there is an online assessment test you must take and pass in order to get the job. It consists of simple math questions (as you are working with money) and questions testing your character.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate my hours up to 20/week, but I would recommend to ask for a higher rate of pay and go low because it's easier to start higher than to get a raise.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
After 2, phone interviews, and a personal interview and being told that they would contact me in a few days if offered the position.... it took about a month to recieve and email, not a phone call, to be directed to the site for new hire paperwork. After completing this i recieved no correspondence on start date and no where in this was my starting pay rate.
I had to email HR and try and find this out, only to be given an email to contact the area rep.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation and many details I was told by my interviewer, which was suppose to be the area rep, but ended up being some store manager caught off guard by the process and dressed sloppy, were all wrong. Make sure you ask any and all questions you have and get names and contact numbers if you are serious about a job here.
be careful of the location as many are getting robbed and is the topic of many conference calls.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Asked alot about how I felt interacting with people in different situations: on the streets, at other stores, over the phone. Alot of work for so-so pay. You have to do alot of marketing i.e. going to the local grocery store and walking around handing out pens. No thanks.

Interviewed May 2009 in Mesquite, TX (took 3+ weeks)
I went into a store and dropped off my resume. They called me back in about a month to come in and take a test. The test was math/reading skills and a personality test. I also had to fill out another Check N Go application. Then I went back in a week later to meet with the DM, then another week later met with the RVP. I felt they were very open on the details of the job and what they expected of me.
My advice would be to always know the business you are interviewing for. Look professional and always promote your best aspects.
