Why I wanted the job, why the switch from IT to Banking, what are my long term goals, what would be my location preference, a few questions on finance, what were my interests in finance etc.
Process of selection for Axis Bank for the role of credit Analyst
First round is aptitude test.2 round of technical interview were there. And then 1 HR interview. Inform the results in 3-4 weeks .
Interview process was good .having 2 interview rounds and both were good. Got immediate response after the interviews from HR. Interview questions level were difficult to answer but somehow i manage to answer those questions.
Only one round. Really easy interview. Not many technical questions asked. Interview conducted by a panel of 3 people, 1 hr and 2 from the department. This was through placement cell hence only one round was undetaken
