Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
Had a phone interview after passing the online application and testing stages. The interview lasted about 45mins and featured the standard competency based questions based upon 3 out of the 6 or 7 main competencies listed on their website. Very easy to prepare for. Technical questions will come at a later stage but I'm currently waiting to hear back.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2 weeks)
This was an internally advertised position, so needed to apply from within company to get an interview. They prepared a short-list of 3 people, and interviewed every person face-to-face with a panel of 3 people: hiring manager, HR representative, and subject matter expert. The HR guy kicked off the interview with all the usual caveats and a brief description of the role. The hiring manager then asked most of the questions, occasionally letting the subject matter expert throw in more detailed questions. The HR guy then asked questions aimed at soft-skills, and wrapped up explaining what would happen next (i.e. how long it would take for them to make a decision etc...)

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Filton, England (United Kingdom) (took 3+ months)
I was recruited for a new secure project on the Filton site; they loved me at interview and were keen to get me on site. Weeks went by and no contract; I turned away another prospect in the interim.
Very uncommunicative headhunter who *finally* admitted that they had NEVER had an approved budget to recruit for the project in question.

Interviewed Jan 2007 in Bristol, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Very simple. No telephone interview straight to 1:1. First interview was non-technical discussing previous roles, experience and scerario based questions. All can be prepared for and polished.
Second interview was a combination of problem solving a basic technical questions. Nothing particiualary challenging. Probably hired on potential more than actual experience.
