Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 2 days)
Very high level interviews. 2 Technical and 1 HR interviews on the same day. The technical ones were really conversations about my major in college and projects i worked on. We talked about senior design and my research experience. The HR interview was purely behavioral and dealt with general leadership experiences, morals, and stressful situations.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took a day)
Getting this interview was difficult for some very dumb reasons. There is no coordination and a lack of organization in the existing HR department. I was called for an interview after applying. I was given some, but not enough information to be able to make it to an interview. I asked for the address, and I was told it would be e-mailed to me. It wasn't. I called back to ask the address. This was given, but no name or number of the person I'd be interviewing with was given. Give yourself enough time to navigate the underground parking and find the entrance which isn't marked. Finding the elevators was a task in itself. Finally getting inside I waited in a nice lobby for the interview. It wasn't like what I was used to. The woman asked how my current job would make me able to do the job I was applying for. Then she told me the job was actually already taken, but she is interviewing to see what she can get for a potential future opening. She mentioned she had to have the person go to a temp agency in order to work for the BAE position since she technically didn't have the funding. I was interviewing for a non-existent job that required I be a temp. Then she said she still had a few more interviews, one of which was an employee's child. She was nice enough, even if I was disapointed that the interview wasn't a real one. I was told I'd get a call in a week. I didn't get a call so I called my contact. He said he'd ask about her desicion. I still didn't hear back. I called again. He said she went with a temp.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Overall interview only took about half a day. I was asked to give a technical presentation (20-30 min) ahead of time, and had ample time to prepare. Once arriving, I met a 4 person panel, gave my presentation which was followed by a round of questions. Then I met 1:1 with the manager to discuss some details of potential work.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
No phone interview, only 1 on 1 interviews. First was with the two hiring managers together. Was asked about previous work experience and answered some of their questions based on my resume and spoke about the position. There were no technical questions. The interview lasted maybe 20 minutes and then was sent around to 4-5 different people within the group for interviews which were essentially just conversations rather than an interview. Finally, was given the tour of the facility.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
I was recruited on college campus. Had my first interview with HR on college campus after which I was given a date to go into the company for second round. On the day of interview there were 9 other candidates. HR brought us into a big conference room and presented a slide show of the company after which they gave us a tour of the building. After lunch, HR sent me on a 1:1 interview with an engineer. He asked questions on my resume, my experience, and why I wanted to work in this role. Then I was sent for a 1:1 interview with a software engineer. He asked more in depth question about my projects while in school and couple C++ question on inheritance, polymorphism, OOAD. I then showed him my portfolio some of the work I've done in college in which he was happy to see and we talked about that for a while. Afterward, I was asked to go meet the HR person. She told me my interview went very well and asked me about a start date. I was very happy at this point and told her I'm willing to start asap. She then told me I have one last interview with an engineer in the team I will be working with. At that point it was already 4pm. He told me about the project he is working on and some of the technologies they used on this project. He asked me about my experience with these technologies and some basic question on my resume. A couple of days later, I got an offer from HR. Overall the interview was fairly easy but it is sure a long one. Not much technical question asked. A little tip would be to create a portfolio of some of the work you've done in college or at work. Interviewers like to see that you've really done what is said on your resume and will direct their attention to ask questions about your work. Good luck!

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Nashua, NH (took 4 months)
I applied online at in August 2010 and was soon contacted for a phone interview with two current OLDPs. The interview was straight-forward and they asked questions about my school, project, and work experience. The interviewers were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.
In November, they had a 2-day on-site interview process. For their interview process, they brought nearly all of their current OLDPs to their headquarters in Nashua to participate and get to know the candidates. The first day of the on-site interview consisted of mingling with current program members, a presentation by their VP Operations, a presentation by a few of the OLDPs, a tour, a hands-on group activity, and dinner. The second day of the interview consisted of a 1-on-1 interview with one of the OLDPs and then 3 behavioral 5-person panel interviews. They made sure that the panel interviews were not repetitive by giving each one a theme (leadership, experience, and yourself). They did a good job of making candidates feel at ease during the panel interviews and throughout the entire process. You could tell that the OLDPs enjoyed what they were doing and that they had a true sense of community and comraderie in the program.
