Interviewed Jul 2010 in Santa Clara, CA (took a day)
I was interviewed in the "speed dating" version of the group interview. I spoke to 4 hiring managers, one at a time for 15 min each. At the end I had no idea how I did. Some of the managers seemed like they were being bothered to be interviewing potential new hires others seemed actually interested in what I had to say. A week later I had a offer and accepted it.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Santa Clara, CA (took 2 days)
The initial contact was a phone call from HR in which the HR rep sent a package in the mail informing me of the locations and position details and application to fill out. There was as on site interview with 2 members of senior staff which was more of a get to know you formality rather than any technical questions. Two weeks later I received an offer letter in the mail.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in York, PA (took 3 months)
Initially interviewed by phone. Within a couple of weeks was invited for a face-to-face interview. Was interviewed by 5 different individuals over a 4 hour period. I indicated my salary requirements during the phone interview. I was contacted after the on-site interview and offered a position for 15% less than my going-in requirement. I declined the job. Approximately 1 1/2 months later I was contacted again with an offer very close to my original requirement. I accepted the position.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 2 months)
Basic interview process that consisted of a phone interview for starters. After that began the panel and one on one interview with basic GD&T quetions. Then a drawing was presented and was asked to give some general explanations of what was being done. Actually an extremely comfortable process.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
-Watch a presentation about the different operating groups (know what you like at this point before the next part).
-Round Robin with big shot managers/engineers from across the country. This is nice to get to talk to so many hiring managers at once. Questions are supposed to be structured HR style but be ready for engineer Q's
-They all report back to HR w/ results/ratings
