Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
The initial contact was a phone call from HR, about 30 days after the initial application, saying I had been selected for an interview; there was no pre-screen. It then took another 2 to 3 weeks to actually set up the interview. The interivew was less than an hour long and took place with the HR representative and the hiring manager. There was no second interview. Follow-up was as promised within about two weeks or so.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Minneapolis, MN (took 4 weeks)
Interviewed on campus for software or electrical engineering positions. Followed up a couple weeks later with on-site interviews for similar positions with hiring managers. A few days later, received offer.
Initial interview was similar to most phone screens, a little more in-depth so as to gauge who is worth interviewing on-site. Second interview was with the hiring managers, all of whom were very easy to talk with as the interview was more like a conversation than an interview.

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took a day)
Came for a one on one interview which consisted of interviewing with four sets of people (in 2s) for 20 minutes each. Introduction given by current engineering director at the time consisted of some neat information on company and a cool video of products. Interview questions ranged from what my background was to group work experience.

Interviewed Apr 2008 (took a day)
"Speed Dating" They were hiring a lot of people so you interviewed with multiple managers that rotated around the room. Not many technical highly questions. More of a meet and greet to see if you are a good fit personality wise.
