I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at BAE Systems UK in May 2011.
Interview Details – I had a telephone interview, which was positive, followed by an interview with a manager and a team leader. I was told at the end of the interview to expect an offer, but never heard anything.
I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at BAE Systems UK in June 2009.
Interview Details –
Very simple. No telephone interview straight to 1:1. First interview was non-technical discussing previous roles, experience and scerario based questions. All can be prepared for and polished.
Second interview was a combination of problem solving a basic technical questions. Nothing particiualary challenging. Probably hired on potential more than actual experience.
