Interview Details – There is a three step process. The first interview was conducted over the phone with the recruiter. After that I was given an interview with the director of the office in person. Then I was interviewed over the phone with the area/division director. The process progressed relatively quickly and smoothly. All interviews were conversational and friendly.
Interview Question – The skills test required is very difficult. Comparable to SAT questions. Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Rutland, VT Apr 2011 – Reviewed Mar 10, 2013
Interview Details – It takes a while- be prepared for a 3-4 week process. The company uses the Wonderlic- look it up online- you can improve your score by a few simple tricks. The personality profile they did was silly- after two years, mine was laughably wrong. I'm doing just fine but the personality test did NOT profile me well.
Negotiation Details – The salary range was narrow. You didn't have a lot of negotiating room.
No Offer – Interviewed in Wilmington, DE Nov 2012 – Reviewed Feb 20, 2013
Interview Details – I got there early so I had to wait which was a little awkward but the secretary was very nice. The office was cubicle style, kinda like the tv show The Office. Very close quarters. When I interviewed she was very nice and told me how she started where I was and is now one of the hiring managers and that everyone works together as a team. Very standard interview style until the tests began. I had to take an 8 minute SAT style test assessing my math and written skills. Luckily from the initial phone inquiry I got about the position I knew this was coming but oh my gosh was it tough. She told me hardly anyone finishes in 8 minutes and she was right. During the interview she told me about the pay, which I believe was $34,000 and the healthcare benefits (bluecross/blueshield), sick, personal and vacation time etc. I really thought I had the job and at the end she asked if I had any questions and I said, when will I know if I was hired? She said there was one more test and to schedule time for it because it takes a few hours. The next day I took the test and it was grueling. It took me almost 3 hours and the questions ran the gambit from vocab to math to personality and back again. About a week later I had not heard from anyone and decided to send a thank you card for the interview. I called and just trying to get the interview person's email was a huge struggle, let alone to check on the status of my application. So after after 3 1/2 hours of testing and the interview itself was an hour and a half, no callback, no email, no offer. I now wonder if they have to interview a certain number of people a year and had no plan to hire me to begin with. I also wouldn't be surprised if Bayada came out with some study about interview stress and math/verbal skills because those tests were ridiculous. I'm really disgusted by them and would suggest you don't set your sights on them. Go to the interview, cause maybe it would work out for you but don't have high hopes. Keep yourself open for better opportunities.

If the office specializes in pediatrics you may be asked specific questions when it comes to care for an infant, toddler etc. You may be also asked to demonstrate certain skills - taking care of a client with G tube, assesment...

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Saint Louis, MO Dec 2010 – Reviewed Jan 23, 2013
Interview Details – I applied online which was very easy. Within two days I received a call from their office. I completed an application in person, took a skills test that was super easy and had a one on one interview all in the same day. This was great. This was a professional office and staff, just small. Because of that, it felt like family. Everyone was very nice. It took a couple of weeks to start due to background checks &TB test. Overall, very good start.
Interview Question – This would be working with other employees whose quality of work was not satisfactory for what the client was paying for. There were times I accepted a case as a fill in and would stay after my alotted time, just to complete the tasks correctly. I would notify my employer and they would authorize my overtime & work. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate due to the type of work. You were paid hourly per case and that varied.
