I applied for employment online and a few days later, I got a call for a phone interview. She asked me the basic question such as why bb&t, how does my education and experience prepare me for this job, what do I know about the job. After the phone interview she sent me a personality test and and another assesment that showed me what I would be doing. After that a couple of days later I got a call for a 1:1 interview. The interview was pretty relaxed, he asked me behavioral questions such as name a time when you dealt with a difficult customer. After the interview was over he told me that I did very well but I wouldnt be able to train until january, this interview was in late november. So in january I called the hiring manager to check on my status and they hired someone ahead of me so I had to wait. A week or so later the hiring manager called and told me that I had the job and would start this late january after I pass the backgroud test and the drug test which I did. I havent started yet but looking forward to. I will post in later weeks to let you know how it is going.
