Interviewed Dec 2009 in Raleigh, NC (took 2 days)
I was contacted by a recruiter. We had a short interview about my interests and experience. It lasted about a half hour. A day later, I was contacted by the hiring manager. We had another interview, discussing my experience and technical abilities.
I was out of state, so I did not have an onsite interview. I was offered the job on a contract basis. They stated that people usually work 3 months as a contractor and then are hired on full time. This wasn't the case. I had a 3 month contract, and then it would be extended a month, and then an additional 3 months, etc. At the year mark I was given some sort of personality test that indicated I wouldn't be a good fit for the job. I was hired full time.

Negotiation Details
The negotiation process was a little out of the ordinary. I wanted 15 days vacation. They generally only give 10. I was offered 15 days, but the offer letter would only say 10. I asked for the 15 days in writing. I think I would have gotten the 15 days regardless, but I think there was some sort of winky-winky stuff going on. The higher ups don't like to give 15 days, so they will commit to 10 days. The other 5 are up to the manager's discretion.
They did negotiate on salary, but it wasn't anywhere near the national market rate.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took 1 week)
Received an on-campus interview. This was a 1:1 inteview with a recruiter. Consisted mostly of behavioral type questions. After that interview, they email you a link to take a personality test. I've heard that they DO NOT look for the best and brightest, but look for sheep that they can mold into anything they want.

Interviewed May 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took 2 weeks)
Was referred by a friend so was able to talk with the recruiter very quickly. Discussion touched on my experience and interests. We eventually talked salary range for the role and though a cut it was very workable as I was looking to learn and grow. The recruiter was easy to talk with and asked good typical questions. All was good with my resume passed to a hiring manager. The hiring manager a VP asked similar questions and explained more about the role. He hadn't finished the business case for what the roles were to change in IT and sounded inexperienced. He too asked about salary expectations where his range was misaligned with what the recruiter said. I didn't get an offer and was later told they picked a candidate with more experience (I had >25years).

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took 3 weeks)
Applied online. Called by recruiter. Asked what experience I have and how it related to the job. Had phone interview with hiring manager. Pleasant conversation. Easy to talk to. Next day called by recruiter for in-person interview. Interviewed with hiring manager and his peer. Hiring managers supervisor could not make the interview. Asked them what they liked about working there. It all seemed good. One said that they have bureaucracy at times, but over all it is great place to work.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took 2 weeks)
The interview process was pretty short. First interview was on campus and consisted of many situation/action/response questions and no real technical questions. Second round was in Winsten Salem but I didn't get it. Also had me complete a Caliper Assessment after initial interview.
