Interviewed Apr 2011 in Washington, DC (took 1+ week)
I spoke to the regional manager who set up the discussion with the local market manager. She was new to the role. We met at there new offices downtown DC. The bulk of the discussion focused on situational performance questions. The position was for a senior relationship position in their private wealth management space. It is a select team. I was told after 3 weeks of courting that they found someone more experienced. This was delivered via an email, not a phone call. They did, however, forward my resume on to the private group, one tier below wealth. That was a good conversation but this HR person seemed to be lookingrience.

By the time I got a call back from HR I had already accepted another position weeks earlier. Process takes way too long.
