Interviewed May 2011 in Vernon, CA (took 4+ weeks)

I was initially contacted by e-mail and approved through the HR Screening process. I was scheduled 2 weeks later and they cancelled on me 2 hours prior to the interview. I followed up and they advised that they would reschedule for a Thursday at 2pm, but never gave me a confirmation. I called and e-mailed to follow up and they contacted me the following week (past the scheduled date) to advise that the hiring manager was out of town. The next week, they asked for my availability. I never received a confirmation and suddenly they called me to ask why I didn't show up for the interview. They never confirmed a date nor time. Reluctantly, I ended up meeting with the hiring manger and he asked a lot of questions like, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"

I felt they were very unprofessional, did not have their act together, and the pay was low.

The rudest interviewer ever! First, I had to wait in the lobby for quite a while before I was asked to go up to meet the interviewer. The interview took place in a room with a conference table, where several people were having a meeting. The interviewer split the time jumping back and forth between the interview and the meeting. Super inconsiderate. I'm glad I didn't get a call back from them.
