I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BCBG (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2010
Interview
If you're fashion and sales driven, this interview will be a breeze for you. Make sure you come into the store as sharp looking and as fashion-forward as possible. Right off the bat, even if you're just there to hand in your resume, you'll be halfway into the door. The interviewer will ask the usual questions about your assets, "how would your best friend/last employer describe you", etc. As with any interview, answer with the type of store you are in and the type of answer they are looking for. They will ask you to describe your personal style and how you are a fashion-forward individual; I'd suggest just being honest with this, though keep in mind that the store's name is BCBG (bon chic, bon genre) and it might help mentioning that in your answer as it would show some previous research on your part.

Question 1
Describe your best assets/What important assets can you offer our company?
The interview process involved a few in-person meetings, primarily with the store manager. From start to finish, things moved at a good pace — I wasn't left waiting around wondering where things stood. The conversations felt genuine and the overall experience was positive. It was clear they valued my time throughout the process.

Question 1
What was my experience, and why did I want to work there.
They make you try to sell as many clothes as a test - at least for the BCBC Maxazria Outlet in Commerce, California. They had me meet with an associate manager and ask about your previous sales experience.
