Interviewed with 2 partners and 1 principal from 3 different greater China offices. All of them are very nice to chat with, did not feel too presured. The case interviews are relatively short, about 20 min.

Applied through college website for an internship and got an interview offer. Was called to their offices for in person interviews. Had two 30 minute interviews, back to back with two consultants. One was a very typical tell me about yourself, your weaknesses , strengths, why BCG interview and the next was a 30 minute case interview with lots of graphs and charts. I fumbled in one of them and did not get a call back, but the process was very smooth and the people were extremely courteous.

The process at BCG is very straight forward. People are extremely helpful and friendly.
The cases are not too hard. I was prepared and solved them easily. However, a math problem prevented me from passing to final round. They are truly picky for summer positions.

On campus interview (MBA), with two rounds back to back. The interviews were both case studies, giving an initial brief of the problem verbally, laying out the situation with limited information, where you are expected to come up with relevant questions to prompt them to provide additional data in printed form.
Typically, the cases were single issue problems (cost saving, expansion) and where you are judged on how you structure the problem. This directly affects the questions you ask and the information you get (eg. competitor's costs). A part of solving the case would require you to make some calculations (eg. contribution margins for different products) which are fairly straightforward.
Good overall experience, with the interviewers maintaining a friendly and open approach.

I've applied through the London office for a position either in London or in Germany. I got an interview a three weeks later in the London office, where I was interviewed by consultants from Germany and Austria for the German office. The first interview consisted of three rounds: twice a case-study (25 min), a personal fit assessment (15 min) and questions for the interviewer (5 min). Then you have to sit a 45-min-long online case study. The fit questions were the typical ones (tell me about yourself, weaknesses/strengths, teamwork experience, why should we hire you? etc.). The cases were about M&A and a profit case. The online test was to assess how you work on your own. It is an interactive case study, where you have to interpret graphs etc.
The interviewers were nice and professional. However one of them seemed to be first quite disinterested but was more engaged towards the end. It was a good chat altogether and the feedback, I could request, was very personal and constructive.

First-round interviews were on-campus and consisted of two 45-minute interviews. Interviews consisted of the usual behavioral questions followed by a case. The second case was very math-intensive. Interviewers were somewhat friendly but not the kind of people I would want to work with.
