Interview Details

You first get a phone call and you go over what you are looking for and what this company and job is offering,
The initial meeting is really just a brief intro and putting a face behind the resume. If they like what they hear you will get the OK to come back for another interview.
The next step is that you come back in and go through a full day of work with one of there team leaders to really get a feel of what you would be doing on a daily basis. And this is also a time where the team leaders will ask you questions to see if you could do this job.
The last step is that at the end of the day you come back to the office and they sit you down and ask you how the day went and what you got out of it. If they like what the team leader said about you, then you will get offered on the spot.
And your training will start the very next day.
