Interview Details – The hiring process consisted of initial phone contact to set up an interview. Interview was set up within a few days. The interview consisted of 1 on 1 conversation about how needs could be met on both sides. Afterward an additional interview was conducted where a meeting with most of the senior management that included a meeting with the boss. Salary negotiations are based on what the boss is willing to pay you and what he can afford to pay you. Job offer was presented in person.
