Interview Details – Had a phone screening with a contract recruiter for role. I was excited about the role and over a couple months progressed to a 2nd round interview. I had this interview on Jan 4 and as I write this it is already Jan 27th. I have followed up multiple times with the recruiter and directly with one of the interviewers but I have not gotten ANY response on a hiring decision. I still do not know if they have went with another candidate and am pending a hiring decision. This reflects very poorly as I was informed in the interviews there was an immediate need to fill this role and the delay and lack of follow up on the hiring decision is sad. The 3rd party recruiter can't even reach them. I was excited about this opportunity but now it is reflecting poorly. This is a prime example of mismanaging priorities. So when good candidates receive other offers, they miss out because of such a delay and have to "continue interview".

Phone interview
1:1 Interview with immediate manager
1:1 with the following: 3 direct reports, two more level of management chain, 2 VP's and CEO and SVP of HR by tele video.
Interview Question – Where do you want to be in 5 years at our company? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Yes, my advice would be to do your research for the geographic area. I was seasoned at my job so I knew what I could ask and I got what I asked for.
