Very Easy Interview

Mid Management Position Interview

Mid Management Position
Dubai (United Arab Emirates)

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 4 months - interviewed at BDO International.

Interview Details – I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 4 months - interviewed at BDO UAE.

The hiring is based on a simple rule - The candidate who agrees for a lower salary gets the job.

1st I had to agree on salary (20-25% lower than market)

Then had one on one meeting with Partner (Mind it!! it was meeting and not an interview.) No Technical question asked.

NEVER JOIN THIS CO.

Interview Question – They are too incompetent to ask a difficult technical question. ALL they will do is "CONFUSE" you. Their questions will be ambiguous. So clarify if required   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Not much scope for negotiation. Salary is the 1st thing they want you to agree on.
