Interviewed Feb 2009 in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) (took 2 weeks)
2 Interviews were conducted. One with the Partner in charge and another with the Director. They presented very convincing arguments and it seemed they were trying to convince me to join

Negotiation Details
Negotiate everything.
Take your expected salary and then double it.
They will negotiate down to about your expected salary.
Get everything promised by your interviewer in writing - especially with regards to promotions, salary and bonuses
Be specific with the amount you ask for, make no assumptions.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
