Applied online for a graduate position. Received an email to participate in an online maths and english test. Was then contacted for a telephone interview. Soon after contact was made again for a one on one interview as well as an Assessment Centre on site.
Company paid for flights and accommodation. Flew onsite and participated in a group assessment that involved working with other potential grads to solve problems involving maths and problem solving skills. One on one was conducted which involved behavioural questions.
Slept onsite overnight and was flown home the next morning.

went to dinner and had a case study that was not too gifficult but still nerve racking. All of the competition is right there along with you as well, making the situation uneasy.
