Interviewed Jan 2012 in Houston, TX (took 5 days)
Was straight forward, went over benifits and then did a panel interview. I was asked bunch of technical quesitons from my resume, I was heavily drilled by the panel and was asked detailed quesions regrading every job and the job functions. also there were questions like weaknesses and strengths. It was an enjoyable interview :)

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
First, I was interviewed at my university by 3 people. They explained the job description and allowed me to ask questions as well. The night before the second interview we were taken to a fancy dinner with some employees. On the day of the interview, we were given breakfast and during it we talked about benefits and typical compensation packages (which are top notch, by the way). The second interview consisted of 2 interviews with 2 managers at the company, in a very similar manner as the first interview. After that, we had a very relaxed lunch with our interviewees and some other employees.

Phone interview. Spoke to a Senior Drilling Engineer. Very friendly, asked good questions about who I am and what I want to do as a Mechanical Engineer in the professional world. Explained the job, and the responsibilities in great depth. Enjoyable interview, representative explained everything, answered questions I had. Very positive experience.

went to dinner and had a case study that was not too gifficult but still nerve racking. All of the competition is right there along with you as well, making the situation uneasy.
