Interviewed Feb 2011 in Spartanburg, SC (took a day)
Applied over website, got a phone call next day from hiring manager asking if I was available to talk to him the next day. I went to the store talked to the hiring manager, another manager, and then the store manager, all asking me about myself, my work history, my experience, why I wanted the job, when I could work, and what I was expecting concerned to pay. Took a drug test, passed it, did paperwork, got shirts for uniform, and was told to be at orientation the next night.

My process was a little different because I went thru the co op program. I had to apply through the company will in college and had a phone interview with the hr manager for the region. He asked some basic interview questions and that was it.
