I applied online and the HR emailed asking a time for a phone interview. Basic questions on resume, goals, etc in the HR interview. She mentioned that she would set up a next round phone interview with a manager in the group at the end of the phone interview. But never did!

Intern position
About 4 rounds of interview : HR, Tech guy, Mangers.
All behavior questions about projects you did. Not a technical question at all(at least not a specific tech question like algorithm questions)
The company is not a typical software company but more like a sales company--- selling their softwares rather than developing up-to-date one. Tell them more about the functionality of your project more than the technical part.
The interview process is smooth and I think they need more people.
But I do not feel good since I want to be a tech guy but there seems less tech in this company. They do not have their platform but just borrowing from others.
I think it is good for intern but not full-time in that growth in tech would be less.

I applied for the advertised position sometime in February 2010. Received a phone call to set up a phone interview with two people in about 2 weeks time.
The phone interview was simple. Just questions on courses I took at school and how I will managed school and full time job.In about 2 days I received an email from one of the interviewee that they want me to come for a on site 1:1 . The 1:1 was scheduled way in advance for April 12th. The on site was very nice. I was given a tour of the campus. People were friendly and approachable and the interview was done in a relaxed environment.

Staffing analyst from the HR department contacted me for initial phone interview. She later called me back the following day around 6pm to reschedule. On the day of appointment phone interview, she called to reschedule again due to departmental meetings the whole day. On the following week when the scheduled phone interview came she never called. I had to take a late lunch from my current job to cater to her appointment time and she failed to contact me as promised. The following day she contacted me and made up some excuse about her house was flooded and that she missed work to attend to her personal business. She then insisted on rescheduling the fourth and final time on the following week to have the phone interview. On the day of the last phone schedule time, as the same previous predicament, she failed to call. Similar to every failed appointment calls I contacted her 40 minutes later to found out the issue. she claimed that her Outlook appointment clock was not functioning, thus, she was not aware of the time in regards to our scheduled phone interview...I was speechless.
