I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Technical interview: Panel of 2, based on experience and relevant skills.
There were questions to judge the technology and the attitude as well.
There were problem solving related questions and questions on how to debug applications.
Memory management and crash dump analysis.
Escalation handling was also one of the topics.

there was one technical interview with the manager which consisted of unix and c progrraming questions.this was followed by panel interview with higher management
