Interviewed Jul 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
The interview was a basic in-person interview. I met with the office manager and one salesperson. The company used to buy and sell fixed income, but they were purchased by BMO Capital Markets in 2008. The interview was simple and straightforward. There were not tests or weird behavioral questions. However, the Office Manager's behavior was absolutely unprofessional. She told me it is a "Christian company" with "Christian values" (I am not Christians which was made evident by the campus organizations I listed on my resume). Nonetheless, I was offered the job. I accepted because it was the height of the recession, and I needed the job.
Other than her beyond-the-pale comments regarding religion the interview was straightforward and simple.

Negotiation Details
The salary negotiation process was unprofessional and rude. The Office Manager only offered $30,000, and when I asked 'Are you flexible with that?" she replied by lecturing me about work ethic and "entitlement" among young people.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took a day)
This is a typical MBA hiring process, but you do not have to make contact prior to the resume drop. After the drop you are given an interview request and then you meet with 2 to 3 people for a 30 to 60 min interview with both technical and behavioral questions.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Interviewed on campus with bankers from the NY office. Basic fit questions: walk through resume, asked about past experience. Also asked me some technicals: basic valuation, walk through DCF.
2nd round in Chicago. A series of 1:1 interviews with VPs and MDs. Pretty basic. Most technical was asking about projecting out income statement. Asked about current events. Asked a brainteaser: "How many text messages are sent in the UK each year." Overall it was stressful but not too bad.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
After making the initial first round phone interview I was invited to the offices. Was made to wait in a conference room for no less than 45 minutes. Eventually someone said that the interviewer would be on his way. Another 15 minute wait. The interview included meeting with several junior and senior members of the team. It culminated in a stock pitch presentation. I was asked fair technical questions. At one point an interviewer gave me unsolicited "advice" on my resume/career. If that is not a blow off I don't know what is. Overall, it felt like a very disorganized place to be, which is unfortunate because there seemed to be nice people there.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took 4+ weeks)
First round interview conducted by a 1st and 2nd year analyst. Talked about my resume and based off of my coursework and activities segued into some relevant finance/accounting questions. The second round of interviews was a superday consisting of four interviews with MDs, VPs, and Associates. Overall, the work culture appeared very meritocratic. Employees came from very diverse educational and experiential backgrounds.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
I met a number of analysts and associates during a visit to the New York office. My school sets up a career trek in August where we visit a number of large players on Wall Street--banks, asset managers, etc.
Following this, I applied through both BMO's career website and to my school's career management website. I received an invitation to interview a few weeks later. The interview was pretty standard. it was a 30-minute one-one-one on campus. The interviewer was an MD in one of the industry groups. He was extremely nice and certainly made the interview very relaxed. Technical Q's weren't terribly difficult--walk me through a DCF, describe CAPM, how do you find WACC.
I received a phone call two weeks after letting me know that I had not been extended an offer.

I was invited BMO Capital Markets, Campus Recruitment Program for IB Analyst. The Behavioral (qualitative) questions are pretty normal (but never went over your working experience together). They really test your qualities.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
Almost all behavioral with various questions testing your knowledge of investment banking, but no difficult technical questions commonly found in these interviews. The lack of technical questions was probably because it was only for a two-day program rather than an internship or full-time. It felt like the director doing the interviewer was trying to sell BMO hard.
