Interview Details – Really straightforward. First interviews with hiring firm, then two rounds of interviews with the department. They were always team interviews. The first was awkward because they make you speak slowly so they can record everything you say verbatim. The second interviews were much better. They asked great questions and were warm and personable.

Interview Details – Got an email from HR that I need to attend an online interview. Basically interviews are behavioral, asked about retail experience as well as pitching skills.

Initial interview is done over the phone. General questions asked, not too bad.
Followed by two in-branch interviews. Tips: Applicants should understand CSRs are a SALES heavy role as much as providing excellent customer service
