Reconciliation Clerk Interview

Reconciliation Clerk

I applied through a staffing agency and interviewed at BMO Financial Group.

Interview Details – I went through agency to obtain the job opportunity. The agency set up the interview within a week and I met with the manager I would be working for. Easy interview with little to no questions. The interviewer just talked the entire time about the position and then asked if I could come in.

Intern Interview

Intern

I applied through college or university and interviewed at BMO Financial Group.

Interview Details – Got a really late call (May) and lady seemed rushed to do the interview. I already expected to not get an offer so I'm not sure why they bothered to call back so late in the game. I do like BMO I just felt like I should have been treated more fairly instead of rushed through the phone.

Interview Question – There were only casual interview questions like "Tell me about..."   Answer Question

Financial Services Manager Interview

Financial Services Manager
Waterloo, ON (Canada)

I applied through college or university and the process took 4 months - interviewed at BMO Financial Group in February 2013.

Interview Details – Applied and didn't hear anything for about 3 months. I had a phone interview that was pretty basic. I messed up with easy questions (what are your strengths/weaknesses?) but did well enough with other things that I got a second interview with a branch manager. She liked me and I met with the regional manager.

Interview Question – Overall pretty basic. No difficult financial questions.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I just accepted 32500. I wish I negotiated. I accepted over the phone and didn't talk to that manager again for a while so I didn't really get a chance to negotiate after.
