It mostly consisted of all behaveral questions related to customer service. It was conducted by a third party recruiting company to act on thier behalf. I felt as if they conducted phone interviews with almost everyone who submited a resume. I would have prefered if it were more personal and that I wasn't one out of 200 being interviewed over the phone.

Phone Interview with HR representative. Personality test. Hiring Manager interview. 3rd interview with Director. 4 week process. 3 weeks to hear back about no offer. Total: 6 weeks. Unprofessional follow through especially after going that high in the process.
