Interviewed Feb 2009 in Distrito Federal (Mexico) (took 4+ weeks)
Most of position fulfilled are from people that worked as an outsourced resource. If you are good in your work they will try to make you an offer.
Interview Questions
The discribe a real situation and they expect to reach the same solution they have, or something better. Something is has to be with concurrency, Queues, transactions, and optimizations.
Negotiation Details
Always try to negotiate your best salary in this phase. Promotion and salary reaises does not ocurr very often then.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Drug Test.
