Interviewed Feb 2007 in Munich (Germany) (took 1 week)
First, there was a telephone interview in which I had to describe my resume to a HR employee.
Then a had a 1:1 to a employee of the department I wanted to work for. Finally I had to go through an assessment center
Interview Questions
Wihtin the assessment center I had to play a executive who was talkting to an employee that had failed during a project and I had to decide whether to fire him or stick with him
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
