Sehr organisiert. Der Gesprächsablauf war sehr kompliziert, mit vielen wesentlichen Teilen, aber die entspannte Atmosphäre hat mir nie das Gefühl vermittelt, unter Druck zu stehen, das hat mir gefallen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich ihnen beim Persönlichkeitstest das gegeben habe, was sie wollten, aber es muss funktioniert haben, denn sie haben mir ein Angebot gemacht, allerdings auf niedrigerer Gehaltsstufe.

One tech interview followed by HR interview on which they ask a lot about the previous work and certificate u have. The real work is on the certificates u have. So better prepare for certification also an employee referral is something would work a lot
