Interviewed May 2010 in Spartanburg, SC (took a day)
I applied online and was called within about three weeks for an on-site interview. The interview process is an all day affair and includes a site tour. The interview, itself took place in a rooms with about a dozen different tables, where other candidates were also being interviewed. The interview was one on one, but it was very easy to be distracted by all of the other simultaneous interviews at the other tables.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took a day)
Applied online, then got an on-site interview thereafter. The on-site interview took a full day, which consisted mainly of a tour and a presentation. The actual interview took about 30 minutes, and I was offered a position about half of a week later.
