Relax interview.
Some questions based on capabilities and technical knowledge.
Try to be smart as much as possible as business suit is the dress code for the office, so you will see people are very smart.
It takes about 1 hour to 90 minutes.
Ensure you have a clear idea what the company does ( not retail bank) and why you want to work for them. the latter is particularly important for them apparantly.

On their website they also state that salaries not up to negotiation.
However they give good benefits, especially % 12 pension is good.
Private health insurance, life insurance and some other benefits.

First I got thru telephonic interview, interviewer explained the job (later i found it to be false). He was trying to convince me. He did not ask anything relevant. However he called me for 1 on 1 innterview.
Face to face interview was nothing. He told me his fantacies (later i found that he is big fat mouth guy)

I was interviewed by two people, who asked a series of "expected" questions, such as "Why should we hire you", etc. The Call Center Manager kept saying how impressed she was with my resume, and enjoyed all of my responses to questions. Even with all of this, I did not get hired. I figure it was because I don't drive, and that was one of the key questions.

Group interview consisting of the Unit Manager, the training consultant, and an employee. Inittially, you meet the VP for about 10-15mins for basic questions. Very relaxing interview. Asked questions regarding my resume. Overall, they were looking to get to know you on a personal level to see if you fit.
