Since I currently worked for the company but in a different position, I submitted a Change of Position request along with my resume and letters of recommendation. I was called to schedule an interview. This was a panel interview with four interviewers set in a conference room. Each interviewer asked a question or two in rotation. I was able to add any further information at the end of the questioning.
