The process took 1 week - interviewed at BP in April 2012.
Interview Details – I was hired as a contractor with the possibility of becoming a BP employee. Initial interview was by phone from London with the person who would be my supervisor. She was impressed with my resume and most of the conversation seemed more designed to determine the fit with my personality and style than my skills. Second interview, 1:1, was similar in scope. I received very few challenging questions.
