Initial one on one interview, since I was already living within city. Didn't really give me much attention. Interviewer talked more about what he thought. Guy was totally absorbed by himself. No process to interview, pretty poor interview

Applied online on BP career website. Got interview invite from HR within 2 weeks. Two competency based interviews lasting about 1 hour each on the same day.
