Application began with a CV and cover letter. Three weeks after, I was invited for an interview invitation. I was told to prepare a 15 -minute lesson appropriate for first year undergraduate students. The interview lasted for two hours. It began with a panel interview followed by a 15-minute presentation by applicant; then followed with another panel interview.
