- Application Details
I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks – interviewed at BPS Bioscience in February 2013.Interview Details
Applied to the hr email address given along with the position. after email got a phone call in an hour. talked for 20 mins. contacted my references (as 1 had send the references document in my application) they gave good references (was told in the interview). got a second call to fix date and time. Immediately got a interview confirmation email.
Day of interview:- Was scheduled to meet 5 People. met all 5 .First the group leader, talked for 25 mins nothing special gave all details about the resume. Second met Group Scientist gave complete description about role and duties, gave a facility tour too. Met the packing Manager the HR person and the CEO.
The people were nice. Salary Discussion also took place. Agreed with the amount placed on the table ( was decent fair amount). Was told that will be contacted in one-two weeks with an update. Made things look positive.
1) After Week 1 tried contacting the main in charge. no response
2) After Week 2, called in. In charge person picks up the call, tries to remember who i was, strikes to person as to who i was, says sorry, says bye, keeps the call.
The environment and people were extremely nice and warm during the interview.
Didn't expect an utterly unprofessional way to decline my candidacy after the professionalism shown in setting the interview and also while taking the phone interview. (Maybe no doubts, i was over qualified for the given position. BS position, MS candidate )No OfferNeutral ExperienceAverage Interview

First contact was made by phone to schedule an on-site interview. Majority of interview was done on-site with little over the phone. On-site interview was with CEO/Owner of company only.
