SQE Interview

Ciudad Juárez (Mexico)

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 3 months - interviewed at BRP US in February 2012.

Interview Details – The interview process takes long time to the first interview to the last one could take 3 months. I was applying twice for the same position, the first time I got 3 interviews in a period of time of 2 months. The second one was one year before and it took 3 months, in this time it was 4 interview and the last interview is done with the Company president, HR manager and department manager as well.

Interview Question – The most difficult is to pass the second interview, not all the people did it and once you pass it there are more possibilities to be hired. The most difficult was the practical case to test you how will you react in possible situation of trouble in your position.   Answer Question
