Applied online on BSkyB website. Then waited for 6 months to get a phone call from BskyB HR to tell me that they would like to do an telephone interview. Then i had telephone interview, the telephone interview was CV based, the interviewer was ill prepared and sounded like nervous and under stress. The interview lasted for 10 minutes. Then i had to wait another 3 months to know the result of the interview. The job is still open. I think the whole HR department survives because they don't select anybody and keep the the same job open for more than a year. The whole application process and interview was pathetic, sad, and time wasting. The HR people in BskyB lacks professionalism, intergrity, honesty, and respect for their prospective employee.

Paper quizz test administered. Not offered job. Salary that they discussed was super-low. Seemed not to care about personality or experience, just that answers to a quizz were 100 percent correct. Two people in the room, not very friendly. Huge complex, lots of driving. Glad the job wasn't offered.... bigger complex than Heathrow Airport and seemed anonymous; not a place I'd want to work.
