Interviewed Dec 2009 in Amsterdam (Netherlands) (took 4 days)
I applied tru the BT Web site to a position as Network Engineer and 3 weeks later a person from Human Resource contacted me to make an appointment for an interview with the manager of that team.
During the face to face interview I went tru my CV and at the end I had to fill an skills test where they asked knowledge about TCP/IP and routing and switching.
Work culture is like in any other company nowdays due to the financial crisis ,the teams were under staff so the workload was very high.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took a day)
the interview was conducted by the employment agency (Manpower). Very simple and very informal. There was a brief ?q and numerical test (very basic) and personality test which was followed up by an one to one interview. Questions included why I was interested in the job, discussions about past experiences, my educational background. I was then questioned on my knowledge on bt values. Very crucial point as everyone interviewed will be questioned on bt values and information regarding this is available on the bt website. I was then interviewed by a team manager and was offered the job same day later on as they needed urgent staff.
