I was contacted by the direct agent to start the phone interview. A long interview process as there was a hiring freeze after the interview.

Various technical questions that were relevant to the job.
Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate hard over as money was not the major issue for me.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
