Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
You will first get a call from the regional director who will assess you over the phone using technical terminology and past work experience. Then you will be questioned about how you relate to others in a team setting and how you relate to management. If you pass the phone interview, then you will move on to the face to face interview. You will be asked to go to one of the local sites near your location, there you will be video conferenced in with 2-3 others sites containing managers. This will be the second interview and will determine whether or not you get the position.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 1 week)
first came a online test very Challenging involving in depth technical questions in relation to software/hardware questions which then provided multilevel choice answers, then telephone interview, then assessment day with involved group activities and individual role-playing scenarios it was very relaxed most impressive interview process I've experienced very well though out.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Ipswich, England (United Kingdom) (took 1 week)
The skills test was a logic based test. The test was quite strange and unique, practice questions were given.
The phone interview was strange alot of emphasis on what you knew about BT, I knew alot about BT but they asked about 5 questions on BT all of which sounded very similar! Only one competency question about a technical project.
Was asked what my favourite technology was, and what BT technology I would like to be involved in. They also asked where I'd like to be in the future I said in a managing role.. didn't seem to be specific enough so I'd look at possible career paths offered!

Interviewed Mar 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
The company contacted me when they said they would, and asked typical phone interview questions. These were things like willingness to relocate, why I was interested in BT, etc. The interview lasted 15-20 minutes and went about average, but the interviewer appeared to be in a hurry and no second round interview was given. I believe they had a large number to screen, so that is something to keep in mind - something really needed to stand out about the answers to get selected.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 months)
Two stage interview. Met the hiring manager who pretty much sized me up. That interview was successful and attend the second interview a few weeks later. This was competency based and based around my experience and skills set. Alot of questions around my experiences and what skills/tools I used for specific scenarios. A quick run-down of my CV and questions on it as well.

Reason for Declining
I did not get a good impression of the company based on the interview process which impersonal and process-oriented. Also compensation was below-average.
