Interviewed Aug 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took a day)
Asked pretty standard questions. Be ready for "Why are you still available?" Also, there were many hypothetical questions, such as "what would you do if a deadline was changed on you for what you perceive to be little to no reason?" Make sure to answer questions with an experience first, then explain the rules that led you to act in that positive manner.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Cambridge, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Part 1: Typical interview, typical questions. "Name your biggest accomplishment", "Name a time in which you failed to achieve your goal", "Where do you see yourself in 2, 5, 10 years?" etc.
Part 2: A skills-test. Really depends on the position you are gunning. I was gunning a Materials Engineering position so I was tested on fracture methods. Very basic and anyone from Metallurgy/Metallurgical Eng. would've done fine on this portion.
The interview was a total of 3 hours.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 days)
I was called by their corporate recruiter about the job, and I responded positively, so they had me fill out an online application and aptitude test before a phone interview. A few days after the phone interview they told me they wanted to meet me. Next, I was paid time and mileage to drive to Indiana from Mississippi and put me up in a hotel for 2 nights. I took another aptitude test and a skills test before a site tour and 3 separate 1:1 interviews. I felt the intewview went very well, and was hoping for an offer. Well, it took them almost 3 months to call me. (The interview was in Oct, and I was called on Jan 2, this may have been related to the poor economy and a new budget year)

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Cambridge, ON (Canada) (took 2 months)
There were 3 interviews in total. The first one was on campus, an HR personnel and a senior design engineer came to my school and interviewed me for about an hour. It was more of a technical interview, however the HR personnel did ask some behavioural questions. The second phase was on site and I had 2 rounds of interviews with 2 managers. They were also more of technical problem solving type interviews. Everyone was really nice and it was not intimidating. Technical questions were all mostly from engineering basics, nothing really was too complicated.
