I was contacted by the department head (my current boss) for an initial phone interview. She was friendly and put me at ease. I then was scheduled for an in person interview. First I met with the human resources department where they went over the benefits that were offered. They then took me to the department I would be working for to meet with the prospective boss. Again, she was incredibly pleasant, treated me with respect and told me a lot about the job. After meeting with her I met with the team for more of a meet and greet. Overall the entire process was positive and could tell just how Babson feels about their employees. I left with a dunkin donuts gift card from the human resources as a thank you for coming in. I never felt so "loved" from any other company.

Interviewed on the phone. I think the main purpose of which was just to discover that I'd done the things I claimed I'd done on my resume.
Drove in, registered my car with campus police, everyone on campus was really nice. Looked like a campus in Massachusetts in Fall. In other words, idyllic. Being there, it's easy to forget there's other countries that aren't as fortunate.
The interview itself was fantastic. Really felt like I knocked it out of the park. Just some guys talking about web solutions.

the interview process was very fast and efficient. I was interviewed twice- one was one-on-one the other was a panel interview.

I went in and spoke with the manager in charge of the gym. It was more of a screening to make sure you are competent than an actual interview.
